Hi to all readers out there!! So this is my second beauty product review (finally!!). Actually I have so many beauty product reviews in my draft waiting to be posted, but I’m going to be honest that I’m a super duper expert in PROCRASTINATING. So once I left something unfinished, it stays unfinished.
So this product that I’m going to review is from a local
brand, it’s called Zoya. I acknowledged this product just a few days ago when I
was scrolling through an e-commerce site looking for an eyebrow mascara. In the
midst of rows of eyebrow mascaras from Korean and USA brands, I found this
product called Zoya Coloring Eyebrow. I was actually very surprised and happy that
there’s a local brand which has eyebrow mascara, because (1) I’m supporting the
local, (2) happy that local brands are innovating, and (3) saving up some money
bc imported products cost more.
ingredients (i don't understand any of those tbh) |
dat halal logo tho!! |
This product is priced at IDR 45k (Zoya official website).
But if you buy it from e-commerce the price ranges from IDR 37-45k. This
product came in two shades: mocca and black. I bought the black one. The
packaging is soooo petite, and looks so delicate because it’s so light. The
product contains of 3,5ml. The brush is just like standard mascara brushes.

First swipe from this product and I’m already blessed!! It
turns out soooo great on my eyebrows, it looks so natural (i don’t really like
drawing eyebrows). The liquid looks slushy (it’s not that slushy until it’s
dropping, it’s just sooo smooth you’ll love it),
and not clumpy at all (i fucking hate clumpy mascaras, like you have one job to
not to make it clumpy ok??!?). The brush does a pretty good job, because at
first I thought the liquid will smear into my skin because the brush looks too
big for an eyebrow mascara. But, nah it’s great!!
I haven’t wear this product for an all day activity so I
don’t know the consistency yet (I'm going to make some updates later on), but based from other reviews that I read before
buying this product, people claimed that this product stays for a pretty long
time for like 12 hrs (tbh i don’t believe it yet), and it’s water resistance.
So for my Muslim fellas, if you’re going to take wudhu I suggest you to remove
it with eye makeup remover first.
CONCLUSIONS:
Pros:
I loveeee this product so much that I can’t mention the pros
one by one, the point is I’m going to repurchase!
Cons:
Only came in two shades (actually I’m just going
to wear black, but for some people maybe they seek for other colors other than
those two)
